  1. I agree. If your body isn’t relaxed there is no way for your mind to keep focus.
    Anxiety can be good or bad, but when it’s bad it gets us in a “tail spin” taking away our lazed mode.

    Think of all the ways you can gain or regain your relaxed mode: rest, drink a cup of your favorite tea, think of good things/great memories, singing/humming favorite song or hymnal, being around a baby or young child (at least for me), swinging, rocking chair, soft or classical music, bubble bath with candles, stroll in the park, AND the list goes on.

  2. I agree! Our Loving Lord is Awesome and Faithful! He knows best and we can trust His timing for He Loves us and His ways are perfect!
